Q1: Does not work with iPhone, what i can do?
A1: You might need some special adapters (lightning to usb c), depending on your ipad.
Q2: Why the image is not 4K?
A2: Your laptop, phone, pc should change to 4K, so you can see clear images, videos on this 4K monitor.

1. If your computer’t type-C port is a full-featured Type C port, you can connect with the type-C port or HDMI port. If your computer has no full-featured Type C port, please use HDMI to Mini HDMI to connect.
2. If you want connect your phone, please confirm your phone’s type-C port is a full-featured Type C port but not just just for charging.
3. When you use Type-C port connect but don’t connect the power line, the brightness is 30%.
4. When you use Mini HDMI to connect, you must connect the power line to power it.
Note:
You can adjust the brightness, volume, turn on /off HDR and more settings on the monitor.
