ATTENTION!!
1 CONNECTING METHODS:
1) There are 3 ports — Type-C port & mini HDMI port for signal transmission, PD port for power.
2) When connecting to Type-C port, you can get touch function, power and signal transmission at the same time. However, it’s better to plug the power adapter to avoid the situations of power-saving mode and screen flickering happening.
3) When connecting to mini HDMI port, you have to use the A-C cable to get the TOUCH function. Remember to plug the power too.
2 How to get the TOUCH FUNCTION: (4 ways)
1) Use one C-C cable to get the signal transmission and touch function at the same time.
2) When connecting through the mini HDMI port for DATA TRANSMISSION, use the A-C cable(connect the 2nd port on monitor) for TOUCH FUNCTION and C-C cable (connect the 3rd port on monitor) for POWER SUPPLY.
If you connect the cables right but still can’t get the TOUCH function:
3) Click Windows + P, set the monitor as MAJOR screen when you expand the screen display.
4) Click Windows + P, set the screen mode as DUPLICATE mode.
