How to Connect:
1. Connect the controller to PS-4:
(1) Turn on the PS-4 system and the wireless controller
(2) Connect the PS-4 remote to the system by plugging the included USB cable
(3) Once set (pairing successful), it can be permanently remembered
(4)Please activate the device with a USB cable for the first match connection
2.Connect the controller to PC :
Connect the PS-4 controller wireless to a PC via a USB cable and used as a wired controller. The driver is automatically installed when you connect it to your PC(Windows 7/8/8.1/10) for the first time.
3.NOTE :
1.No speakerphone function.
2.Please play the game while fully charging.
3.Not suitable for playing with FPS and TPS games.
4.If the earphone is noisy, please confirm whether the earphone is working normally. There are two standards for earphones, OMTP of international standard and CTIA of American standard. The earphones of this controller are OMTP standard, and the earphones of CTIA standard will affect the volume and sound quality when connected to OMTP standard equipment.
1.How to reset: Please stab the switch in the small hole on the back of the product and re-pair with the console to check if it is normal.If something’s wrong with the product, it can be reset.
2.If you can not connect to PS4, please use the cable included in the package instead of the original cable,delete the name of the Bluetooth installed in the PS4, and try again.
3.When you use headphones, please use Sony original headphones. Additionally, when using headphones first time, you need to open the game homepage and set up according to the following step: Settings> Peripherals> Audio Equipment> Output to Headphones> Turn on all audio output.
